Baking is Chef Tony Ridgway’s original passion — Tony’s Off Third bakery contains dozens of culinary works of art developed over several decades, including classic favorites from Truffles, Naples’ first artisan bakery.
Handcrafted breads and pastries are baked from scratch daily, never frozen, and created without any preservatives. The world’s finest estate grown chocolates, flours and butters are among the premium ingredients.
